About Cathy Ballenger, LMFT
Cathy Ballenger is a Southern California native with over 23 years of experience in the mental health field. Cathy graduated with a Master of Arts degree in 1996 and was first licensed with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences in 2002. Cathy has worked in a variety of mental health settings, including academic, residential treatment, and psychiatric inpatient prior to beginning her private practice in Fullerton almost nine years ago. In 2006, Cathy founded the Southern California Personal Assistance League, a nonprofit organization providing in-home behavioral coaching to children and teens with severe behavior problems. Cathy and her husband are parents to a beautiful baby girl.
